Download and fill out a credit application from our “Documentation” page. Upon receipt of favorable information concerning the credit verification, Paramount will open your account. This credit application and verification process typically takes about one week.   

 A $250 minimum order is required for delivery in the greater Montreal area.

1. In stock items placed before 2:00pm:   Generally next day.
2. In stock items placed after 2:00pm: Within 48 hours
3. Custom products: 2 - 3 weeks

We use both our trucks and affiliated transport as needed.

Yes. An appointment must be made with our Warehouse manager.

Delivery in the greater Montreal area is free for minimum orders of $ 250 with very few exceptions. Some downtown areas & non dock buildings are excluded. Delivery charges apply to areas outside of greater Montreal. 

 We ship throughout North America. In Canada, and depending on the product, we can elect to ship from one of our partners in each province or we can ship by transport from our Montreal Warehouse.

In USA, we ship from our warehouse in Champlain New York and we have plans to open other USA facilities in the future.  Follow our news e-letters for more information.

It depends on the complexity of the request.  Generally 1-2 weeks.

We are closed on statutory holidays and between Christmas and New Year.
